If you're ready for a trip that feels personal, well planned, and worth the time & money you've set aside, you're in the right place.
I am Nicole, founder of The Wayfarer Agency, a full service travel agency based in Parkland County, Alberta. I help professionals, couples, families - often in their 40's and beyond, plan trips that fit their lives and the way they want to travel. From the first ideas and research through reservations and support when plans change, I am here to guide the details from start to finish.
While I work with clients on a wide range of trips, I have particular experience with Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales and Switzerland, as well as the Riviera Maya. I hold Commodore Status with Cunard and Princess Cruises and destination specialist certifications for Switzerland, the UK, and Ireland. You'll find the full list of my certifications and statuses down below.
My clients are not looking for rushed overcrowded itineraries. They want the village pub they didn't expect to love, the coastal drive that takes their breath away, and a hotel where they can truly relax. I take the time to understand what matters to you, then bring the research, reservations, and practical details together into a trip that feels like yours.
My approach is boutique and personal. I don't build trips around whatever happens to be cheapest that week; I focus on finding you the right fit for your priorities, travel style, and time away. And if something changes mid-trip, you have someone to call who knows your plans is ready to help.
I started The Wayfarer Agency in 2021, right in the middle of the pandemic, because I knew this was the work I wanted to do. Travel has been apart of my life since I first went abroad as a teenage. I have seen how a well-planned trip can shift your perspective, restore your energy, and remind you what you're living for.
As home, I share my life with my husband Jason, our two boys Lucas and Slade, and our fur babies Griffin and Thor. Most weekends, you'll find us cheering for the Oilers, tackling some new project around our acreage, or already mapping out our next trip because travel isn't just what I do, it's how we live.
Let's start planning yours.

5 Stars!
"Nicole was great from beginning to end in regards to our large family trip to the Mayan. We gave her the dates and location and she did the rest! Multiple options were provided to us in a clear and concise manner - keeping our large group in mind with varying needs ranging from ages 6 to 72!
Nicole was approachable and available to answer any questions that came up.
Thank you again for planning such an amazing trip for me and my family!"
