I am Nicole, founder of The Wayfarer Agency, based in Parkland County, Alberta. Most of my clients are in their 40's and beyond. Professionals, couples, and families who want a trip that actually fits their life. Not a rushed, overcrowded itinerary. A real experience built around what matters to them: the cozy pub in a village they didn't expect to love, the coastal drive that took their breath away, the hotel that finally felt like a proper rest.
My approach is boutique, not high-volume. I don't chase deals or build itineraries around whatever is cheapest that week. My job is designing a trip that actually fits your life and how you like to travel, then handling everything from research to reservations to the phone call when something changes mid-trip.
I started The Wayfarer Agency in 2021, right in the middle of the pandemic, which tells you how I sure I was this was the work that I wanted to do. Travel has been apart of my life since I first went abroad as a teenager and I have seen firsthand how a well-planned trip can shift your perspective, restore your energy, and remind you what you're actually living for.
As home, I share my life with my husband Jason, our two boys Lucas and Slade, and our fur babies Griffin and Thor. Most weekends, you'll find us cheering for the Oilers, tackling some new project around our acreage, or already mapping out our next trip because travel isn't just what I do, it's how we live. That's probably why I plan the way I do...I know what it's like to guard precious time off, and I build every itinerary like it's for my own family, not just a client.
