You pay a non-refundable planning fee. This covers the time and expertise to research, source, and build your custom trip. (No fee, no custom work.)

4. I build your options

With your fee in hand, I create up to 3 tailored proposals that match your desires, timeline, and travel style.

5. You pick, I book

We fine-tune together, you choose your favorite, and I handle all the bookings plus pre-trip support.
